Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original Meir packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective wrappings are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
